Terms of Use

What PanamaPlay is

PanamaPlay is a discovery service: we show trailers and where movies can be streamed. We do not offer movies ourselves. Watching happens at the streaming service, under their terms and at their prices. Availability and prices may differ; no rights can be derived from them.

Your account

• An account is optional and free. You are responsible for your login credentials.
• You can delete your account (with all its data) yourself at any time in the app.

Comments and conduct

• Comments are meant for talking about movies. Not allowed: hateful, threatening or unlawful content, spam, and sharing other people's personal data.
• You can report comments and block users. We review reported content quickly and may remove it without notice; repeated abuse can lead to account termination.
• By posting a comment you grant us the right to display it within PanamaPlay.

Liability

PanamaPlay is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service available and the information accurate, but give no guarantees about either. Movie information comes from TMDB; availability data from Movie of the Night and Watchmode; trailers from YouTube.

Changes

We may change these terms. For important changes we will let you know in the app or on the site. Questions? Email privacy@panamaplay.com.
